Business Hours:
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST. Please keep in mind that when we are closed, there will be no email or text message responses nor will be there be any pickups outside of business hours. Please respect that we, just like businesses such as chick-fil-a or target, have families and lives outside of business and need time to rest, re-evaluate, and rejuvenate. We will be eager to assist you with answering questions and concerns bright and early upon re-opening the next business day.
Shipping:
Please keep in mind that we are a small business. All of your products are made from all natural and organic ingredients, BY HAND, with love, high vibrations, and good intentions! Unfortunately, we are not Amazon Prime, and though we look forward to shipping this fast in the future, we currently have a 3-5 business day processing time. THIS IS NOT INCLUDING YOUR SHIPPING DATES. Ex. You purchase 2 day shipping, you still have the to wait the processing time. Although we strive to, and most times are able to, get your package out before the 3-5 day mark, please respect the time frame, trusting that your products will arrive and be ready to indulge in healing!

Before, we were able to specifically schedule individual pickups but with so much traffic, it was causing confusion and we need the process to be streamlined for both your convenience and ours, so we are working through the kinks. If the pickup times don’t work for you, please select shipping at checkout or send someone to pickup your order for you. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
After placing your order, we will begin working on it. You will be contacted via email or text(whichever you opt into) when your order is ready for pickup so that we can schedule a time that works for us both. If you don’t see your pickup notification within 48hrs of placing your order, check your spam folder and unmark us as spam so that you will receive notifications going forward. IF YOUR PICKUP TIME IS MISSED, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Which products are best for me?
As imagined, I spend a ton of time via text and DM answering this question. Although we try our best to be thorough in the product description, we do understand that with so many options, it can be comforting to receive counsel or recommendations before choosing.
Unfortunately, this takes away from production time due to the amount of time given to each individual. We also miss messages and some people end up waiting days before given a response. If there is a quick question that doesn’t require dissecting your specific medications or ailments, feel free to email trobinson@royaltyholistics.com. I have a specific medical condition/take a certain medication, is this safe for me?

What is the difference between Rebirth Gel and Sea Moss Gel?
Rebirth consists of Sea Moss, Bladderwrack and Burdock Root, supplying the body with all 102 of 102 minerals that the body needs whereas sea moss has 92. Rebirth also has more of a sea taste, although we attempt to mask it with cinnamon, it is there vs with sea moss gel, it’s tasteless. How do I consume sea moss gel?
Sea Moss gel can be consumed right from a spoon, cooked with(least preferred), mixed into applesauce, or blended/mixed into your favorite beverage. We personally prefer it blended into a large fruit smoothie.
What does sea moss gel taste like?
Sea moss gel smells like the sea, but doesn’t taste like the sea. It is tasteless with an applesauce consistency.
Are these products safe for pregnant or lactating women?
While pregnant, Tanisha, the founder of Royalty Holistics LLC, used:

What products do you recommend taking daily?
Maintaining good health is necessary for living a good life. Health is wealth right? We recommend taking Sea Moss Gel (regular or Renew) and Lymph-Elim Daily. We will have an herbal multivitamin in the Winter of 2021, so be on the lookout for it as well! 💚
What should my diet be like when consuming your products?
When taking any Royalty Holistics Herbal Compound, we recommend one following what we call the Royal Feast Diet which consists of 80%+ fruit & 10%+ veggies.

Will these products interact with my medications?
Before starting any Royalty Holistics protocol, it is recommended that one not be on any medications to prevent interaction. However, if you are, book a consultation to be sure or research ingredients provided. The main conflicting one we see:
If you have high blood pressure or cardio vascular issues, do not take licorice root as it will elevate the blood pressure and kill you.
White willow bark should not be taken with anticoagulants like Coumadin(warfarin), antiplatelet drugs like Plavix(clopidogrel), or any drugs associated with bleeding (including NSAIDs).
Willow bark contains chemicals similar to the non-steroidal painkillers Trilisate (choline magnesium trisalicylate) and Disalcid (salsalate). Taking willow bark with either of these drugs can amplify their side effects, including stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation.
I don't want to/am not taking the COVID-19 vaccine. What are some preventative steps I an take?
1. Take Sea Moss & Lymphatic Sweep Capsules Daily
2. Royal Cider 1-2 Tbsp 2-3x weekly.
3. Detox for 3 days each month using the Royal Reboot Package and Royal Feast Diet.
4. Drink half your weight in oz of spring or distilled water daily.
5. Avoid meat, dairy, "white stuff"(flour, rice, sugar), and processed foods.
6. Take a daily multi-vitamin (I recommend the brand My Kind Organics)
Can you travel with these products?
Unfortunately, due to the medicinal nature of our products, we do not offer travel size. However, feel free to pack them in your checked bags when traveling.
