Approximately 25-35% of American adults are inactive. From sedentary jobs, to not having a regular exercise regimen, or simply being inactive around the house or yard. It's no wonder most of us suffer from fatigue and poor health because the lack of physical activity poses the greatest health risk due to having oxygen deficient cells.
Think about it. Whenever you exercise, your breathing increases and so does your heartbeat. This causes as rapid oxygen exchange on a cellular level which revitalizes and uplifts the entire body! As you can imagine, when you remain inactive for extended periods, you never get this boost and your cells become deficient of oxygen, leading to headaches and shortness of breath on a light scale and heart and lung disease on a larger scale.
Now, I don’t want to scare you away and have you thinking you have to live in the gym. Simply going for a walk, playing games out in the yard with your children, doing yard work, gardening, chopping wood, playing sports, etc. can give you the mental and physical boost you need to propel you forward in regards to health and overall vitality!
